1. Scope of Services
CURE HEALTH HOME CARE provides home healthcare facilitation, clinical nursing, physiotherapy, patient caretakers, and doctor home visits. All clinical interventions (including injections, IV infusions, wound dressing, and catheter care) require a valid written prescription or discharge summary from a registered medical practitioner.
2. Emergency Medical Disclaimer
Important: Our home healthcare services are designed for planned, elective, post-acute, and chronic supportive care. We do not operate emergency intensive care units or emergency road ambulances. In the event of a sudden life-threatening medical emergency (e.g., cardiac arrest, acute respiratory distress, severe hemorrhage), the family or emergency contact must immediately dial 112 / 108 or rush the patient to the nearest hospital emergency department.
3. Shift Timings & Caregiver Rest
For 12-hour shifts, caregivers adhere to scheduled shift timings (e.g., 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM). For 24-hour round-the-clock live-in arrangements, the household agrees to provide clean sleeping accommodations, reasonable meal access, and mandatory rest intervals to ensure the caregiver remains alert and attentive to the patient's clinical needs.
4. Replacement & Quality Guarantee
If a caregiver is unable to report due to illness or planned leave, or if the family requests a change in caregiver due to compatibility reasons, our coordination desk will arrange a suitable replacement within the shortest feasible window.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
